France's deepest freediver in FIM, Thibault Guignes, after taking part in the CMAS European Cup, packed his suitcase (and his V3 carbon fins) and flew to Dahab. While there, he is organizing a 2-day workshop, covering depth & dry training, deep equalization, mental preparation, FIM & CWTB masterclasses.
