Dentex-Dentex is not called The Queen of the Med for no reason. These hard to harvest fish, require long apneas, superior camouflage skills and they are normally found in deep spots. They are hunted by ambush, but being suspicious as they are, they take long to approach the hunter, and even if they do, they are so fast, that missing a shot is fairly standard practise.
