The clinics are one on one, catered directly to your needs with diagnostic and problem solving to help you overcome your hurdles. My techniques and methodology have helped athletes set more than 70 National and Continental records and 7 World records, as well as World championship medals and many hundreds of personal bests. They've helped me to dive to 110m/360ft in depth and others to even greater depths! The workshops can be done in a single session or in multiple sessions, depending on your needs and availability.So if you are back in the water and tired of being stuck at the same depth, then this one is for you.
