If you follow Alchemy freediver Jonathan Sunnex on social media then you already know that this guy never rests! Last week he announced that he will be returning at Dean's Blue Hole, Bahamas, for a series of freediving camps for all levels.

We will be running camps and courses for all levels, Beginner to Instructor, so if you've been thinking about getting started, up-skilling or becoming a freediving professional, here is a chance to learn the very best techniques in one of the worlds most amazing locations! Vertical Blue also announced the upcoming camps while also explaining their health & Visa requirements.

"As 2021 begins we're thrilled to be able to resume operations in Dean's Blue Hole, including a month of freediving courses this spring"!

April 3-6 Beginner
April 3-9 Training Camp
April 12–16 Intermediate / Advanced
April 19–26 AIDA Instructor Course

All courses will be run by acclaimed Instructor Trainer Jonathan Sunnex and the advanced courses will include guest lessons from William Trubridge (who will be conducting his own training in the Blue Hole at the same time as all the courses are run).

COVID-19 Screening

At the time of writing, the requirements for entry into the Bahamas are:

1. A negative PCR test for Covid-19, taken no more than 5 days prior to the date of arrival. The day the test is taken is considered day zero.
2. A Bahamas Travel Health Visa (easily obtained online once you have received your negative test result).
3. You may be required to take an Antigen test upon arrival in the Bahamas. Once you have fulfilled these requirements then no quarantine is necessary, though standard practices such as mask-wearing in stores and public spaces are still required".
