The Mystery Island Of South Korea

Imagine a volcanic island in the middle of S. Korea's East Sea. Nicknamed Mystery Island for the energy and myths surrounding this remote location, Ulleungdo was born out of volcanic eruptions 2.5 million years ago. In order to get there, you'll first have to catch a 2.5-hour train ride to Pohang or Gangneung port, and then a 3.5-hour, stomach-turning ferry ride. At the end of this journey you'll get to one of the most peaceful islands on Earth.
