Vanessa Estol
Vanessa Estol is an elite adventurer and freediver originally from Uruguay, who merges her background in psychology with a passion for extreme sports. As the first Uruguayan to summit Mount Everest, she demonstrated unmatched determination and drive. In 2022, Vanessa transitioned into freediving, rapidly reaching depths over 60 meters and setting national records across all four freediving disciplines (CWT, FIM, CNF, CWTB). Based in Mexico City, she organizes adventure tourism expeditions worldwide, blending her leadership skills with her love for extreme environments. Through her expeditions, workshops, and public speaking, Vanessa inspires others to push boundaries and achieve their personal bests. Her journey serves as a testament to breaking limits, both on mountains and beneath the sea.
