Arnaud Dufossez

Outfitter, overlander, pilot, hunter, cooking chef, and Chief Financial Officer, Arnaud Dufossez was born in France in 1971 and raised on the Atlantic shores of the republic of the Congo where his family had moved for work. Near Pointe-Noire, he learned to swim, dive and became a self-made spearo at the age of 10. Totally passionate but very conscious of the impact one can have on the reef, he was already limiting his catches to a fixed number of fishes back then. He still enforces a bag-limit rule now as spearfishing guide, an activity he started in 2013 when his tuna videos started to raise attention, in parallel with a successful career in corporate finance. His work brought him to Panama where he settled in 2010 and now operates his charter Atuneros de Panama / @thepelagicshannibalbank, specializing in tailor-made high-quality tuna and reef spearfishing adventures.
