Alex Voyer

Alex Voyer is an underwater photographer who splits his time between France and life aboard his sailboat, Diatomée. A freediving instructor for over a decade and a lifelong swimmer, Alex combines his love for the ocean with photography, capturing the underwater world without the use of tanks. His work has taken him from the polar regions to tropical seas, always exploring on breath-hold. While he doesn’t claim to be a perfect model of sustainability, living mostly at sea and diving without tanks allows him to engage with the marine environment in a mindful and low-impact way.
