Natalie Rudman

Natalie Rudman is a competitive freediver, instructor, and 24-time African Continental Record Holder. She began her competitive career in 2017, having discovered freediving at the age of 32.

After spending eight years working in the corporate sector in London, Natalie moved to Australia and later Thailand, where her career as a scuba diving instructor eventually led her to freediving.

Her lifelong connection to the ocean inspired her to pursue a different path, building a career around her passion for the underwater world. Today, she combines competitive freediving with teaching, marine wildlife encounters, and sailing charters that allow her to explore and share the ocean with others around the world.

"I've always loved the ocean, but realizing that I could build a sustainable life around that passion was a turning point for me. I love both the teaching and competitive sides of freediving, as well as the opportunity to experience marine life in different parts of the world.
