Nantawut Boonrubsub

Nuntawut Boonrubsub, widely known as Woody, is a celebrated Thai actor with a distinguished career in television and film. While his success in the entertainment industry has earned him national recognition, his true passion lies beneath the surface of the ocean.

Woody is a dedicated freediver, Molchanovs-certified instructor, recreational scuba diver, and spearfisher. What began as a personal interest gradually grew into a central part of his life. He now owns a dive center and a hotel in Phuket and Phang Nga, two of the most well-known coastal provinces in Southern Thailand, both famous for their proximity to world-class dive sites.

Despite his demanding work schedule, Woody remains deeply committed to the ocean. On one occasion, he even chose a freediving trip over attending an award ceremony, highlighting the depth of his devotion to the water.

For Woody, diving offers more than just adventure. It is a way to disconnect, find clarity, and experience nature in its most powerful and unfiltered form.
