Iru Balic is far more than a professional freediver. A 13-time Venezuelan National Record holder and former World Ranking leader from May to September 2013, her achievements in the sport are remarkable. But Iru’s true strength lies beyond numbers and medals.
She is a mother, a friend, a companion, and someone deeply committed to the well-being of others. These qualities have shaped her path as a freediving instructor and made her a natural life coach. Over the years, she has taught and guided students in Venezuela, Panama, Brazil, and beyond, always bringing compassion and insight to her work.
A dedicated professional, Iru chose to deepen her impact by earning a Master’s degree and becoming a certified coach. Today, she brings together her athletic discipline, emotional intelligence, and life experience to support others in achieving their goals.
